Terms & Conditions

Fifth Wheel Dispatch LLC provides truck dispatching support, including load searching, rate negotiation, broker setup, paperwork assistance, and route coordination. We act as an agent of the carrier and are not a broker, shipper, or motor carrier.

The carrier must maintain active operating authority, valid insurance, and compliance with all FMCSA and state regulations.

The carrier is solely responsible for safe operation, hours of service, cargo handling, and final acceptance of every load.

The carrier must provide accurate documents and notify us promptly of any changes in equipment, availability, or authority status.

We never require a carrier to accept a load. Every load is presented for approval, and the carrier makes the final decision.

Dispatch fees are agreed before service begins and are billed on the schedule stated in your service agreement.

Fees are based on booked and completed loads. There are no setup fees or hidden charges.

Late or unpaid balances may result in a pause of dispatch services until the account is current.

There are no long-term contracts. Either party may end the service with written notice as stated in the service agreement. Fees earned before cancellation remain payable.

We are not liable for broker non-payment, detention, claims, cargo damage, delays, breakdowns, or losses arising from load performance. Our total liability is limited to the dispatch fees paid for the affected load.

Both parties agree to protect non-public business information shared during the working relationship.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update means acceptance of the revised terms.
